Hey 5URG3, I've noticed your comment on my recent ship, and this is the first way I found to contact you directly about it.

I did, in fact, credit JD Horx and IMDC with my first ship that was influenced by the IMDC Nestorius. However, I forgot to do this with my space carrier. Thanks for reminding me, I've since fixed that.

Similarly, I have no problem with mentioning you or the Artemis in my description.

However, to be frank, I did not copy the Artemis. It is true that some key areas are similar, the most prominent being the superstructure forward of the bridge, and the horizontal lobes by the stern, but these, along with the very general layout, are the only significant parallels I think can be drawn between the two.

In good spirit, however, I will include a link to your Artemis in the description.

Thank you for the proverbial "slap on the wrist," it certainly has dissuaded me from being "influenced" by other people's designs in the future!

This is one of the most magnificent ships I've ever seen someone make in this game. Inside and outside, the detail is amazing (even more so for not making much in the way of special furniture that I found) and it also seems like one of the most formidable ships I've seen as well. I barely managed to avoid getting lost while exploring it.

Have you ever taken it into battle? Past experience has me thinking all those guns close together are likely to blow each other up if an enemy approaches in the wrong direction. Anything above or below or even to the sides though is probably just gonna get annihilated.

This thing is a beauty... one question.. why have all your air at the front seems alittle exposed and easy to suffocate the crew if its flying in high atmosphere

I am absolutely RUBBISH at building new ships, so i have the habit of stripping down other peoples ships to a bare skeleton/shell/hull, and refitting to fit my needs. Is it okay if i do the same to your ship, and post the empty shell (with all credit to you of course)

@JarodOfLua Thanks. Sounds like a conveyor break to me, that's a shame. I was pretty confdent i'd tested it well enough, I guess not. I'm taking a break from SE at the moment, but I'll get on it soon.

This is the coolest creation I have ever beheld. Truely a masterpiece. Not only is it fully modern with atmospherics, oxygen support, and functionality, but it looks amazing while doing that.
Fantastic work.

My only complaint is that it seems to run on two separate conveyor systems. I can't fuel reactors from Engineering cargo containers, and if I recall correctly, I can't put ammo in all of the turrets from cargo containers on the other end. Is this a mistake? Also, martinlikessushi, this might be what you're having issues with in accessing the reactors.


I also must say that this is the first thing I've seen that makes my computer experience the FPS of my 2.4 Gigahertz APU laptop in an Asteroids world. I like that though, my temperature runs low and my fans shut off because of it. xD

How do i access the reactors? Also this ship should come with uranium.

Could you have pictures with all the little ships docked to this carrier?

Will you guys be making a space carrier as a "survival/refueling" base for Your Space fighters? - If so, can you include a "rebuild" projector. Best capital ship feature ever.

I've subscribed to all your ships so far, they are fantastic!

While likely insane, could it be built in Survival or is it big enough it bugs out?

The two main questions i see...

Fuel Consumption: Yea, this thing burns a lot of Uranium. That being said, it is a 300m aircraft carrier, so yea, it ain't going to be cheap to run :D

Assault Ship: It's got over 60 guns split fairly evenly over the structure, so it's pretty good at defending itself from small ships and PMW, but does not have the armour to fight direct combat ships like cruisers or larger. It's more a floating airbase than a battleship. It's small craft allow it to fight virtually anything in atmosphere, but the Carrier should keep it's distance.

i hope you make more ships to go along with your HS atmos thingy, cuz atm, there arent enogh ships, your awsume dude, love the desingn and handeling of that big badass heli carrier, seriously it handels like a real heavy motherfucker, i love it, keep the good work flowing
