to reply to your notes--I haven't figured out exactly how you completed the first chamber without the funnel yet, but I don't have a problem with alternate solutions as a rule. Timer: I don't think there's anything I can do about that in the default editor. I'm on a mac, so I don't think I can use Hammer or other editors.

Laser wall: I tweaked the timing to make it a challenge--with a running start/fall into the middle, I was able to consistently make the jump.

It's possible to complete the first chamber without using the excursion funnel at all.

Nothing in the second chamber indicates that the funnel is on a timer.

The timer for the laser wall in the last chamber is too short. I died multiple times trying to make the last fling.
