The paint is a bit to bright, perhaps make it all a bit less vibrant, so that you stay more ttrue to the original colours and make the characters more regocnizable. One big change would be if the standard colour for it wouldn't be teamcolored, but yellow like the stock demoman, so that character regognition won't be hurt as badly. Of coarse the yellow would be more toned down and brownish, so it would be looking more like old dynamite packs. Just my thoughts on some improvable things, but remember that i like it anyhows

It's to big to be paintable. It might make you look like you're on the other team. Other than that it's fine.

I may be wrong, but I don't think dynamite existed back the golden age of piracy. There were bombs, sure, but they were filled with gunpowder. Instead, here's a better idea:

If you've ever read Michael Crichton's "Pirate Latitudes", you could try to replicate the grenatoes; glass bottles filled with broken glass, nails, and black powder.

But this is interesting, too.

id love this to have its own taunt, similar to Soldiers Equalizer Kamikaze, but this one, he takes out a lighter, light the wicks on the tnt sticks, and yells "KA-" *BOOM!*
