I don't really know what I'm expecting here, but the gun isn't working, I can fire, but it isn't knocking out npcs, am I supposed to have sv_cheats 1 enabled? Also, instakill when fired at the head.

When you knock someone down with this, does it give you the option to electrocute them with the secondary attack key?
