so far so good, took over a struggling southampton after winning premiere league with liverpool, tried using same tactic scraped survival, started using this one and first 3 games scored 4 or more goals hopefully continues and im playing in champs league next season :) thank you

Good tactic, won everything except CL with Bayern in first season. However they have strongest squad:). It works solid in England as well. Recommended.

Will it work for small clubs as well?
Many tactics works well with the bigger clubs, but for us players who enjoy managing the weaker teams, might not have access to the same types of players needed for the tactic.

Well it worked for me.Just beat Villa 3-1 at anfield.Did a few modifations..
After getting hammered 4-0 at white hart lane using my version of 4-3-1-2 I decided to get some help.
I know how to play 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-3 possesion tactic but 4-3-1-2 direct football was new for me.

Working for me, you guys must be doing it wrong or something. Trying it out with Inter :)

@YzzSC My files are definetly working fine, a vocal minority are having problems whilst people who it works for simply rate the file and play the game and dont bother leaving a comment. If you're having problems I can only offer so much support, I'd suggest trying to subscribing to the file in Football Manager via the Downloads option on the game's main menu and seeing if the files appear then.

@wtsfm You must have bugged something as most people well none can download and use these trough the workshop. Other tactics and such seems to work but not yours. =/
