so i managed to fix it.
i made two versions, one is the original but with fixed alignment.
the second is a 2021 revamp where i tweaked the props and removed some unnecessary paving.
would you like to see them?

Hello. One of the level 2 end buildings is misaligned. Could you fix it?

besides there is a RICO version of these house, that has no such problems.

litterally The asset has a phantom dependance called "Murka's Gazon x2", so it could cause en warning in some mods (it even has became a meme in Russian community). You can ignore these warnings or fix the stuff yourself with your own arms: clone the asset, open in editor and save it.

I could do it myself, but I have no idea why should I, counting all the hate I met in this community.

Thanks for the set! I wanted to have something like this to create a small "Gemeindebau" like in Vienna. Fits pretty well.

@pokeravi actually there are no buidings of this kind in Moscow, it is "regional" series. Also Moscow has a very beuatyful historic center as Saints-Petersburg has large ugly suburbs. It is ironic, but I live in Moscow and still haven't made a normal texture photoset of centrum. Should make it next spring/summer.

I want to build a 'Cabrini Green' like project (was in Chicago before demolition). I want to rent it out to all the right wing politicians to live in while they contemplate screwing us over. That way, Candyman will "visit" them as they kiss themselves silly in the mirror!

@pauliaxz actually, "plattenbau" (as "kosmonaut" or "sputnik") is used to describe all "eastern" panel building. It is just a usual term, nothing more. Off course, there are Russian (панелька, panel'ka) or Czech (panelak) or Polish or even Lithuanian terms I'm pretty sure)

@Miza-Rin I can tell you as a great insight, that Alex_by is making p44 now) I've plans to make p44m (modern version), already made all the photos, but have not enough time even to update my older buildings by now.

p3 is not my favorite one and I haven't know such building near my place, so I would prefer to make some p33 or p55 buildings or other pf that kind

pauliaxz: "Plattenbau" is also used as a general term for panel blocks, which were extensively built all over the world (and many modern buildings use panel construction, though they are not often referred to as such). These blocks in particular have a somewhat close similarity to certain types of standardised blocks built in Sweden in the 1970's as well.

Apropos of nothing, if you have the ability to make these fine things, could you make some kind of larger block, like the Moscow stnadard type P-3 (17 storey version)? I've made a provisional type P44 myself, but my ability to texture it is so poor that it looks awful. It'd be better if someone with a more appropriate skill made it. :3

Nice pack! Anyway, plattenbau are only Eastern German buildings (panel blocks). These are simple Russian panelkas.

@Captain-NO: would also fit in Berlin Collection (to build suburbian districts like Hellersdorf or Marzahn...). Or some East-German cities like Magdeburg or so...
