Some suggestions for once instead of mindless insults: I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and guess you actually did make a model and not just paste bits of images together, so why not a screenshot of it being used in-game? If you don't know how to make it work in-game, it probably shouldn't be on the workshop yet, but you can probably find someone on the Steam or Facepunch forums who can make it work, or Google some tutorials.

+Can remove sappers (Jag)
+Stores damage for a 5 Second Uber (Vita-saw)
-25+ damage to self (Detonator)

Flare Gun + Jag + Vita-Saw? It looks like it was made on Paint. Even if not, it makes no sense.
