For those having trouble with the shiny version: After downloading the vpk file, go to (SteamLibrary > steamapps > common > Left 4 Dead 2 > left4dead2 > addons > workshop) and find the vpk file which contains *this* addon, copy the name and delete it, then paste the file you've downloaded and rename it with the name you've copied

Ex: In my case this addon was called 543294255, so I deleted it and pasted the vpk file, plus I had to rename the file I pasted with the exact same name (543294255) to work

@Rivera_pex No reason to; It's already right there to easily download. If people don't know how to download & install vpk files locally (Which is significantly better than using the Workshop) then it's not really my problem.

Alright thank you for the info I'll have to mess about with blender's setting til I get it just right. Sorry if I come off a bit stupid. I only read the gray text cause it's usually nothing with the blue.

@bae-kun™ As far as what I use, I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean the program I use to create these add-ons at all, I use 3DS max for everything. The cell-shading is done through a flat normal map to every texture & a set of VMT parameters that I'm able to easily use across each add-on, alongside lightwarps for coloration.

Fair enough but, I did ask another question in another one of your other models. So I'll just repost. Can you tell me what you use and how to do cell shading?

@bae-kun™ Because I don't want to be bothered with other people's ideas. I'd much rather they go make the effort to create it themselves unless they want to pay me for the time I have to use to create their ideas. But even with everything I put up, I still get people asking. This is exactly what makes me want to completely disregard other people who ask these things. Why should I go out of my way to do something for someone who couldn't take a slight second[i/] to read the big, blue, bold/italics text I put up in the description?
