You can also hit F2 and spec then go back on team and select class and hit okay rather then reconnecting to the map or server. I used to play this in AA2 was one of my favs if i just wanted some me time or if i wanted to teach a new player the how too.

Yup....I think they may have done it on purpose, and I don't think it will be fixed until an official AI release:(

Yeah...the Devs broke the AI a few updates ago...hopefully they fix what they broke:)
