Any change you could change the colors to Black on Red. The Red on Black is sometimes hard to descern from aliens (also Red on Black). Thanks in advance.

Also disappointed in how blatantly and grossly overpowered this faction is. +5 Science and Diplomatic Capital per city is insane. You could have stopped at More Artifacts and Expedition Speed and that alone could be the trait.

VERY Disappointed that you're making this the CABAL faction and not the actual Nod faction like your previous mod was. CABAL is not Nod, CABAL betrayed the Brotherhood and forsook Kane's message. At the very least, call it the CABAL faction so if someone wants to make a real Nod faction, we won't get the two mixed up.

Stealth Tanks! any chance we can get those?
High Mobility, low defense, strong ranged attack but only at say range 1, with ofcourse stealth.
perks could be stuff like 'can move after firing', can attack multiple times, increased movement, stuff like that.

I actually like the idea of CABAL being in the seeding. Of the two Cabal seems more likely to have devoted resources to space travel whereas Kane would have used the same resources to research Tiberium

Not really no. Sadly I only know English and some Japanese. It shouldn't be too difficult to add another language with the given dialogue though.

Oh trust me I know. I grew up on these games and Kane was played very well. It was just easier to do CABAL than Kane. Plus I find that the AI is the one that is more interactive. Where kane was more of the charismatic leader.

I grow up with Command and Conquer (the real old one before Red Alert) and i love Kane ;)
originaly the actor for Kane was a guy from the PR department of Westwood. Also at Red Alert you see Kane in min. 1 video behind Stalin. For a lot of fans he is still the face of the brotherhood.

It's based on the Westwood universe before EA got their grubby little hands on it. I liked playing CnC3, but I don't enjoy how EA decided to destroy a great story and game for profit.

I chose CABAL because there were a lot of base lines I could use and growing up I loved the crazed ai.

Hit subscribe (green button) and when you load up into Civ BE: RT go into MODS and after hitting accept it should appear.

In vanilla rising tide you can cap out on artifacts as well, so it may not be a bug from the mod

I have the same issue after a while. I think there might be a limit on how many artifacts of each type you can find or something. I'll try and look into this elsewhere to see what that is about.

About 140 turns into an epic speed game and I am no longer finding artifacts after finding about 16 in a row. I have not found one in the last eight resource pods and expeditions.
