Absolutely. Another factor to consider is that the game/engine is perfectly well-equipped to push a relatively high polycount; look at all the 4x4 low-level basegame buildings that've got thousands of them for example. The thing that's really driving filesize/loading times is texture size.

I totally agree that it's really nasty having to re-UV a large building, not to mention a full retexture if you take simplify the geometry a bit too much.

Right now I think this building hits the sweet spot of being big enough for its filesize so it's getting a thumbs up from me :)

This all building is optymized i can`t delete more wires without destroyer maping coordinates and I'll be honest I will not make money on these buildings :D

Thank you for the update / optimization. Just some random thought about the issue Koesj mentioned.
On the one hand, you seem to build your models for you and your PC, on the other hand you keep asking people to donate money towards you. But why "should" they if you do not care about their needs?

Don't get me wrong, your models are well done. But they are also over the top and way too detailed for a city building game. IMHO you should find a better balance if you really want to make money out of this.

Other good looking buildings take 3-5 MB, yours are most of the time well above 10 MB. ;-)

Stop modeling door handles and curtain wall mullions on skyscrapers, problem solved. Also, UV tiling.

@reaper CO suggest to keep size below 10mb... when you have over 1,000 assets, some assets above 10mb don't load.
