i would like to suggest u some thing
that put on an animation of something like
if ward see someone it start to fly at its spot and when killed put on the bird dying animation
death should not be in a simple way try something creative
the sprout and death of a ward is more important andabove suggestion is somthing which no other wardhave it yet

Hey awesome job!
I'm having trouble importing my courier with the new reborn tool, was just wondering how you exported this little guy. Currently not having much luck with a 2014/2015 fbx binary exported from maya 2016. You do anything different with the export?
