anyways I will do a video on this I am not that populer yet but I would still like to get my idea out there. and maybe get some more attention to these effects you made aswell.

well i mean they technicaly did it back in 2014 as i said so i don't see why they would't use such a system again with something as brilliant as these effects.

Even if it's an item in a crate, I still think that it would be hard for everyone to feel like the have any chance to use it at all. For instance, if someone completely new to the game joined and unboxed the first crate they got and happened to get that item, they'd probably be extremely confused. It's not like my opinion really matters as far as this goes, but I do think you've got an interesting idea!

basicaly for people like me with alot of these weapons i would go on market and probably buy up 10-14 of them for 40-50 euro each. so even if you havn't got an unusual weapon you can still sell it for tons depending on how rare it is.

not you missunderstood me it's not a random drop it's a you know when you uncrate. i think back in halloween 2014 if you unboxed halloween crates there were a chance to get HHH strangifier and necro smasher + killstreak kits this would be the same way where theres 1-10% chance to get it as an extra loot when uncrating.
so it would use what they used back in 2014 basicaly as they exactly did stuff alike what i suggest.

I think that would be really cool! The only problem I see is that having something randomly drop for everyone when not everyone has an unusual weapon might be seen as a problem to the TF Team. They've never distributed items that not everyone could use in some way.

and when i say halloween festivizers i mean they could be called Halloween weapon enchantments etc.

i hope they make somekind of halloween festivizers dropping abit like the HHH strangifier and such like very low chance to get it as extra loot at halloween.
and using it on a hot weapon would turn it to this.
using it on a cool weapon -> maybe black recolor
using it on isotope -> orange recolor
using it on energy orb -> not rly sure.

As of now, I'm not sure I'll be able to make a skin for this, but I might try to learn within the next 9 days lol. Yeah, purple killstreak skin would be awesome with this :)

Anything purple is an instant win for me.

Mainly because so much of my loadout is purple/pink.
