I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

Getting an error when this asset loads into a city :

I´m having the same problem too. It seems to only affect the L4 and L5 houses.

Likewise. It also seems to be spreading to some of the other terraced houses you've created.

Same here, can no longer see it in theme manager.

This house and level 4 doesn't spqwn anymore. T.T crying crying.... It doesn't show up on the theme manager either... It's turned on the assets, I'm not sure what's wrong but it's not working T.T

It wont spawn for me anymore, and its not on my list when i look for it in the themes
