I couldn't hazard a guess as I'm not sure how the scaling for Modding it goes. As a Gas Station, it shouldn't improve the area too much or too far as if it were a real park.

So maybe look at a 4x4 small park, or similar stats, and reduce the Gas Station from those stats accordingly. Same for tourist. Keeping in mind that it's not a real park.

i think it was 100 and 400 . I dont know which stats are good for this. give me a suggestion and i will change it.
