the ploppable version is like a park. the unique version has workers and tourists will visit it to. Unique version with ploppable rico ready means you can place it also everywhere you want but with a functions like a growable. but you need the RICO mod for this. I hope you can understand my description. :-)

These are just some suggestions/thoughts. It's your Mod, and you can do as you please.

Like these guys did. Sure they're commercial, but they do attract tourist, and improve the area. Nobody wants to travel too far on their lunch hour. The same could apply for a gas station. Grab a bite, and fill up your car during lunch.

Actually making it a "Park" isn't such a bad idea. A slight improvement of the area because people won't have to travel far for gas, or car repairs could be just what we need.

Unique level 3 for just a gas station is a bit high, and I'd rather not use "not so unique buildings" that I deem as a cheat.

You can use the "not so unique buildings" mod to plop it more then one time in your city. Unique buildings create jobs , I am not sure with parks.

Unique means you can place only one of these in your city right? I was hoping for a plopable version that you can place more often (like a park), so that you have full control over where to place these in your city / next to highways. :)

They look absolutely awesome. As a Dutchman my favorite gas station!

Maybe. Just remember... even Mayberry had a Goober gas station. So level 1 would be nice.

No need to trouble yourself for that. I just want to be sure that in-game the prices are legible. I just started a new city, and I'm not at level 3 yet, to see for myself.

In your last pic the price numbers were much more clearer than they are now, or could it be the angle you shot it at? Especially the night shot.

I really didn't have an issue with the roof. This roof looks nice, but if I had a choice of fixing the roof, or keeping the numbers legible, then legibility wins.

You don't like the new roof ? But in the game it was really too white and without variation. So I changed it. Maybe next time I will change for you to extra model.

Thes price is harder to read now. I like the older Model better.
