Yeah, I think it needs just a bit more details, maybe some Normal Mapping? What did you use as a reference? This is still pretty good, I'll thumbs-up it. If you wanted to be crazy, you could give it some jigglebones that flap as he moves, but that's only if you're crazy.

Like the idea and they look super cool,but I think the texture needs a bit more detail, maybe like a leathery look?
