Small problem, but not major: racking the AK looks cleaner and more traditional when you do it underhand, with the hand that you changed the mag with.

Hey, added you in regards to this model to ask 1) if you want Workshop credit and 2) if I could get the original project files for this. I've released it on a different animation set but have smoothing errors, if you could provide me with the original smd/dmx model I would be in your debt.

Because this isn't just a skin replacement, it's also a model replacement. Besides, the vanilla AK animations fucking suck more than anything and look like they were made by a 7-year-old and look horrible at anything more than the eye-sore that is the default view model FOV, so it makes perfect sense for a mod to use custom animations.

I have been playing L4D2 for a long time. and no AK reload is as crisp and good as this one.

Idk why, but when I use this on my Rochelle models, it puts this glitchy strip of hair on the left side of my screen, obscuring my view a little bit from top to bottom.

Five years ago, I've started playing and modding Left 4 Dead 2. After all these years, this is the SECOND AKM replacement that I can get along with; that I really do like. I actually prefer the reskin with darker wood from the Insurgency workshop, but I came back to this one because I couldn't stand the black magazine any longer.
You've done a great job here buddy and I really hope to see you getting your hands on more awesome stuff that's not just about Insurgency.

There's an easy fix for the too-quiet firing sound: simply install an ak47 sound mod that you like, then install this mod (install the sound mod first).

it downloaded completely and it shows up on my addon file but only the picture but the addon is not there

There's no point in doing so; workshop gets far more traffic, and gamemaps is practically dead for mods apart from custom L4D2 maps. I don't plan to upload anything to game maps, nor will I approve of anyone trying to do so, even if they're claiming to do it "on my behalf."

Either it didn't download completely/correctly, the workshop server was acting up at the time, or perhaps a problem located between keyboard and computer.
