Of course these things are gonna be "sold", did you not see how Counter Strike and TF2 does it?
These are not mods technically speaking, these are user made creations that will be voted on and added in a future update.
The normal subscribing to mods will be added in probably the next update.

The sights on the M9 are terrible. This skin should have the high visiblity sight dots, otherwise I like it through and through.

Sorry but that's not how it works. You should read terms of it. That's up to developers, and they won't waste time adding and translating things for free.

You can however reupload it as mod when that will be avaliable hopfully one day

No, the current workshop is to submit weapon skins or cosmetics to be in-game. I want this to be in game BUT i choose not to get paid for this.
