You shouldn't need to do more than a forwards tilt to make it go forwards. then just roll and tilt backwards to make it turn.

its very fun but the only way ive realy been able to controll it is by putting a propellor on the front and running it on 60 percent speed

I Have no problem flying it with O
Make sure you haven't used the wrench on the middle propeller. If you do, it will mess up the file and it won't work.

Besiege > Besiege_Data > SavedMachines > Thumbnail
In that folder you will find thumbnail images that you can Edit. If you re-save your machine after you've edited the thumbnail it will be reset to besiege standard.
