Excellent puzzle. I got stuck yesterday and eventually read @p0rtalmaster's "Big hint", which totally threw me as my interpretation of this was to try and place cube on stairs to angle laser up to catcher but failed and gave up. Tried afresh this morning ignoring "Big hint" and completed it in what I believe to be the intended way in about 10 mins :)

And I finally figured out the easy way. Big hint: The stairs have a purpose. They're not just there for decoration, unlike the side panels .

I started out placing the cube behind the fizzler the hard way (RedSilencer), but then, saw the light. Much easier the easy way.

Another great puzzle RestorRocks, I really enjoy how you put these puzzles together! The intended way - which is quite nifty - seems to be to stand on the button along with (but not holding) the deflector cube because it is keeping the shield off, shoot a portal at end of tunnel and another on the wall on the other side of the sheild in-line with you and the button. The tunnel will take you and the deflector across the pool and then...well the rest is easy from there. [\spoiler]

Had to quickload at least 15 times to get the steady cube through fizzler holding and pointing at catcher thing to work. Not a great mechanic. Everything else I did so quickly that it just emphesises what an annoyance that was.

Maybe it wasn't the intended solution but if so, the map gets low points for making me look at this solution at all times.

Decent puzzle, but the antlines are a little messy and I think I may have broken it. I'll message you the demo.
