Senpai CBBE is a body type. There are several for females and few for males. All of them are made by mod authors for other modders to use in making their clothing. You can find the CBBE body and several other types on the Nexus for Skyrim. Just make sure to download clothes that either provide the body inside one of the pieces of clothing or "Only" clothes that are for your specific body type. Most of my clothes/ armours provide the body mesh inside at least one piece of the clothing. Usually a blouse. Good Luck!

If you can not find it here on Steam you will find it on Nexus. (referring to Apachii hair)

To both hair questions. ApachiiSkyHair by Apachii covers almost every hair I use. The last screenshot is specifically #44 in version 1.5 for females.
Apachii has screenshots to go along with all their files so you know what you get in each hair pack. They are high res, so keep that in mind too. :) Enjoy!

what is it called in data files

Create at the forge under Studded category or if you use the ~ console commands you can help "celestial" or "widow" Then use player.additem command along with the item number and how many of the item you want to put the item into your inventory.
