0. Infinite blinking is a bit too much. Maybe 2-3 blinks?
1. I'd reccomend reducing it down to around 5, but the cooldown time still needs to be very long.
2. See above, but with longer cooldown.
3. No problems with quantity, just cooooldoooown!

Map skillset? As in, could you perhaps post what exactly the skills are, as I did with the Inquisitor skillset? I generally look into detail before I download. Thanks in advance.
