good mod problem is Templars have no abilities and neither can induct someone into the guild so eventually it dies out

If you show interest in them and have one of the necessary traits (plenty options here) they should contact you pretty quickly. I think you are probably missing a trait.

I just got this mod and the DLC for it... I've been waiting 20 years for the Assassin's to contact me and nothing! How long does this take? Can I speed it up?

For awhile I have been considering getting into CK2 modding to create this exact mod, I'm not experienced in CK2 modding, however generally speaking I program well and am a fast learner. I know AC lore *very very* well, and I would absolutely love to help out however I can. I sent all 3 Creators a friend request.

Yeah well the reception for this mod was not that significant that I'd consider it worth the time it would require for just me to do this. Its simply too much work for a single person thats why I will not add new features.

Well if you are interested in the respective sociey after templars and assassins have fired and meet other certain conditions you can join. Religion is no condition.

I think you may need to update this, i use to play this mod all the time, but it is seemingly broken I cant join the Templars or Assassins, perhaps I'm doing something wrong, if so please let me know. So please update this mod

Well, i don't know. I got two loops ( in two different missions) till now. Errr, i will look if i can repeat it, and write the method down then. Btw, my friend and i are playing with this mod in mp, but we can't join the society of the assassins (but can do their missions if we join any other society and get the rank)

So, I tested it. It does not loop for me somehow but I have altered the mission now that the mission should stop and has to be retaken when you fail to get in the bank at that time.

Which event do you keep getting? Is it that event where you enter the bank but can't get pass the guards? Normally that should not loop as after this there is a pretty high possiblity that it succeeds the second time or the third - or the fourth...
