hey, I use your mods for black mesa because I love the animations, but it seems like they are incompatible with the latest beta. and if I play it while opting out of the beta the weapons work but every NPC is invisible. just wanted to let you know

To fix the sound issue: after you made all the stuff with the custom folder, unsuscribe the mod and delet it from the Steam 362890 download folder, worked for me.

This seems to have broken. This mod breaks the reload and slide sounds and doesnt even have the animation. Could ya please fix? I'd love to use this!

If so, that is a conflict. Due to how source handles the model and animation, both of those are in the same file, so if you change one you also change the other one.

Can you link the mod?

Well i had a reskin for the glock, but it didnt conflict with it at all.

yeah, sometimes it does that.
Try creating a custom folder, that means the mod isn't even loaded.
