Yes but that is a compressed version. The actual uncompressed addon is around 250 MB and anything extra and I cannot compress it below 64 MB.

This addon is officially done for new content. Please subscribe to Content Pack 3 for more stuff. I hit the 64 MB limit I set with all my addons to prevent servers from having trouble mounting.

@Капитан I just never get around to doing it. I didn't think people really wanted NPCs so it is low priority.
