In battle that would funtion as a new type of weapons. It's kinds like Splatoon where it shoots gravity affected liquid kethup that makes targets vulnerable to critical hits (just like Jarate). It also leaves marks on the floor and walls.

Ideally, the weapon would probably be a secondary. It's a primary in the video because the mod version replaces the Shortstop, the only pistol which uses the same animations as this requires.
