how would one go about making this a randomly spawnable weapon? and possibly give it a very low chance of spawning if it can work that way

Probably. It just launches a prop, so I'd imagine if you change the velocity values it would change the damage. However, I haven't used lua in almost a year, so I've basically forgotten everything.
