It is realistic because in real life billboards get damaged or filthy from nature (rain, plants, et cetera.) and also people vandalize them too. Some of the vandals are actually fantastic and excellent artists but others are just plain old punks scribbling vulgar expletives.

How on earth is that realistic? you just added a dirty brown filter over it, it even goes over the metal part of the billboard!
