For possible future updates or new weapons, the Dragon Priest should be tougher.

What you need to do is find your Skyrim folder, which is normally in your steam folder. After that, goto the Data folder. Take the downloaded mod and drag and drop it into the folder.
Finally, all you have to do is enable it by clicking data files when you launch the game.

(The collision that holds the sword in place makes it so it can be tricky to get it out. If you shoot a spell at it (one that has an AoE -- like fireball) you should be able to knock it out, although I recommend saving before you do.)
Alternatively, if you use Mod Nexus, open up the Nexus Mod Manager and enable the mod.
