once you enter the school, the first room to the left will lead you to a basement where you will find a fuse box to turn on the lights of each floor

its the school itself, I tested a lot of causes for the FPS drops. The school being massive itself apparently can do it. The other stuff I am trying to make work is static props, Right now the props that don't need to move are just frozen.

That's strange. Still, it shouldn't be that laggy since it isn't a massive map. The only thing I can think of is the amount of props. Large amounts of props can cause massive lag depending on the system. Maybe a version without the props would have better performance?

Thank you, the FPS is actually caused by garrysmod itself. I optimized the map the best I could without removing necessary content, but when I test the map in source sdk its gets over 60-100FPS. Once i play it in Gmod, it drops in FPS a huge amount. ( ^_^)7
