How many usable parking slots does each of your garages have? I know this doesn't matter for vanilla but it does when running TM:PE.

seems the capacity is quite low. looked inside and no one is parking. All my other lots are completely full, and vehicles keep circling for parking.

To be honest I don't remember how I came up with that value. If I remember correctly I wanted a value lower than a Park, but still something to satisfy the area.

Hi @Patrioticparadox, I hope this answers your inquiry: Asset creators, in other words 3D artists whom draw new buildings for this game, need to use an already created technology-group category of building: Example, Police station, park, school , or perhaps a University building in place of the art. The parks tend to be the most used asset for other buildings being drawn. A traditional park will give lots of happiness, but do you know what gives more? Several different types of parks in one area of the city. Give it a shot, and enjoy.

I'm curious about the logic behind having an Entertainment value of 100 for parking garages. This is not the only asset that does that and while I'll admit having convenient parking certainly adds some value to an area, it doesn't add nearly what a traditional park would. Regardless, great asset!

For those complaining about cars not using the garage, you *must* to use TMPE's Realistic Parking option so as to have sims use the garage. This goes for ALL parking garages.

I sadly must post here that I will unsub this one as it does not have cars parked inside and zero visitors. I am running all DLCs, including Sunset Harbor.

Yes they do. You can even see it in the screenshots here. Those aren't props lol. Even the simpler car park mods work fine. Without parking your cims will be looking for parking very far if the streets around where they're actually going are no-parking (like a lot of streets in Network Extensions). On that note also they will park their car at any available parking slot even if they're not going into the building with the parking slots. That's why these parking buildings and parks work.

:D It's possible yes, there's four windows in the texture, which I can light differently. They will not however match up with the LOD, since it's unwrapped differently.

Great parking garage. I hope you don't mind, I modified it a bit by replacing some of the parking spaces with props and trees to add more variety. I of course gave you credit for the original design. If this is a problem, just let me know and I'll remove my version from the Workshop.

I also changed the stats to remove the entertainment and tourism effect, which I think makes it behave more like a parking garage and less like a park. I also added color variation so the color changes a bit from white to dark grey each time it's placed.
