Cool weapon, a little bit underpowered in TTT though... I would've made it so it forces weapon drops or forces them to holstered for a few seconds.

For now you can only use it in the Trouble in Terrorist Town gamemode, if that is what you mean. If you are looking for the file you should look in your addons folder (SteamApps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons). Hope that helps!
