How open doors in citadel?

Simple solution to this map for people annoyed jails were removed. Make your own and use the permaprop tool. There you go. Jails.

@gtx technically there was detainment, but not in the way its shown in the rp, Detainees were made to become walking abominations intended for slavery.

Hm... I don't really think it's stupid, as citizens ICly and OOCly should be punished, and I think detaining is the best way to do it. Also the holding cell's a bit stupid, but I can use alternative detainment methods. :P

We got rid of detainment cells (although there is still holding cells for interrogation) because detainment in roleplay is the stupidest thing ever. Why the hell would you make your player sit in a room for an amount of time? Where is the fun in that? Find other ways to punish characters ICly. Not to mention the fact that in HL2, there was never any "detainments", just death.

After much tinkering, I've successfully included a wastelands / outlands type area BUILT into Industrial 17. Download it here!

This will be an area that is accessible one of two ways-- through the sewers, or through the tunnel that used to lead to Shell Beach. It will be occupied by both Refugees / Anti-Citizens, and OTA + Conscripts. Hopefully this will open up many more oppurtunities for both factions!
