The 1 HP thing is pretty much made from a screenshot, so actually it should be pretty close to the ingame one :D I guess ill try the fonts you mentioned. Thanks again for your opinion.

This thing is nice dude, really polished, one of my favorite stickers that I've seen.

I would make the 1HP thing as close as possible to the real thing on the HUD, with regard to the proportions. And then maybe use Impact font, the CS theme font, or the font of the ingame HUD, like where it says who killed whom in the top right.
On a different note, it would be really funny to have this sticker on the same gun as the "dinked!" sticker.
