Hi Wintermute,

I agree, it breaks up when you put it into a bag (which seems odd to me)
also, in my saved objects, it looks like just the numbers disk, but when I put one on the table, it is the whole object.

Have you tried actually loading it back in, or did the visual of just the numbers disk put you off ??
Wintermute 25 Tem 2021 @ 8:05
I did the exact same process you described. When I save it, only the numbers disk is actually saved. I have also tried placing it in a bag, but it breaks apart and the pieces come out individually from that bag. Not a big deal, I haven't actually needed to use this object.

Hi Wintermute,

I just reinstalled TTS to see if an update broke functionality, but it seems to be working ?

I made a new single player game, went to the object menu, went to saved objects, selected the spinner, dropped one onto the table. picked it up again, then used the scroll wheel to rotate the spinner.

Can you describe the steps you are taking, and how it breaks ?
Wintermute 6 Haz 2021 @ 10:07
I should have been more specific, when I import it it breaks the spin function and the parts are no longer connected.

right click on object and save it, you can then add it from the objects menu
Wintermute 15 Şub 2021 @ 17:13
Any idea on how to import this into another game so that it works?

That's to sad :( But thank you for the fast response!

Hi Kandlo,

I'd love to, but I made it so long ago i'd have to relearn it.
It was 2 or 3 models, and an in-game hinge. But how I made it, I can't remember !

Hello! Awesome Spinner!

Is it possible to show us how you make it? I need exactly this with an other picture. :)
TheKingBoggart 9 Şub 2016 @ 6:02
you rock, working on my own board game and would love to have custom health dials!
Garzini  [yaratıcı] 8 Şub 2016 @ 13:31
possible... I'll see what I can do !!
TheKingBoggart 7 Şub 2016 @ 23:17
Anyway you could run quick video on how to build your own!

I would increase the friction if possible, sometimes the spinner spins just from flipping it over.
Garzini  [yaratıcı] 30 Ağu 2015 @ 0:47
glad it works :)
Ruttsah 29 Ağu 2015 @ 16:21
Well I feel dumb. Works perfectly fine. Thanks!
Garzini  [yaratıcı] 29 Ağu 2015 @ 9:29
did you drag a box around it when adding to the chest ?
Ruttsah 27 Ağu 2015 @ 21:38
When I load it up itself, it works. but if I copy it to chest to load up on its own, it only loads the bottom half. And loading up the top half alone is glitchy and gets stuck in the table. Any thoughts?

Very nice, you should get in touch with the uploader of Chaos in the Old World and work together on using the original board with spinners.

If you pick it up from the centre, the top section rotates (mousewheel or Q & E), if you pick it up away from the centre, the bottom section will rotate (again, mousewheel or Q & E).
Mouse3 or F to flip it over.

It is made from 2 disclike objects (the top one has a hole in it) and a third collider object, which is a small cylinder. The collider is used on the top object, so that you can select the bottom disc "through" the top one.

A Joint is used to connect the top to the bottom, with a "1" in the Y Axis for the spinner.
