Finally, hey, she is a German ship, where's the iron cross? An iron cross with ribbons (like the two ones in the store) should definitely be added somewhere, maybe at the bottom. you can also try replacing the pure red background with a waving flag of the Kriegsmarine (with the swastika replaced, you can see the German flag in War Thunder as an example, you can find it in Youtube by searching "War Thunder - The German Air Force", but the Balkenkreuz should not be changed)

The work is great, but personally, I find the picture of Bismarck drei would be a better choce for the background because in this version, the decal icon covered some of her face.. The pose of Bismarck drei would be better for this problem. Of course you can make it another mod.

Then comes the frame. A pure white frame in the game is, uhh.. unnatural? discordant?(forget my poor English, something like this) I don't know how to describe it in English but I know the Japanese version: iwakann. As the background is red, a gray color like her uniform or black would be a nice choice. You can also use the gray frame in your future works, together with a gray kancolle icon.
