can you update building ?

I live in Lithuania and this is an accurate representation of a Lithuanian sovier building.

Yeah, whenever I tried to build any soviet blocks by themselves (a.k.a. Find It! mod), it just disappears with an error of no water, despite having water pipes under it. How can I fix this?

As mentioned in the comment below, there is RICO version in the collection.
