I don't use 3x2 much but when i do, i know what's gonna spawn, and i know it's gonna look great

(also this is 3x2, not 2x3. the first number is the number of squares along the road)

Stated both Office and Commercial in this item. It's Office. Which one is it suppose to be?

And does the difference between 2x3 and 3x2 matter in creating District Styles? I think it does... It's actually not easy to put together quality Steam Workshop assets into a fulfilling District Style.

@Infidel : No, it just means it's updated with night lights (we tend to use the name "After Dark" for both the free night/day update and the paying DLC.)

@Hiro Grism : Of course they do, they will take the place of about half the blue roof original game builds of the same lot size (unless you have more of the same size, it will proportionally take one "spot" of the lot). That's why we need new builds, for diversity.

Idk about others but I have never been able to get low - medium density - office - industrial mods to ever work. Everything else does just not these.
