@Balckore I think the current sound is good enough. The funny thing is that I know a former class 3 dealer who has a couple of MG08/15s.

No, but listening from videos, they seem have a bit of that like sound. But I can understand that it's rather impossible for you to record audio for such weapon.

@Heinrich Von Sturmalpin I acquired a lebel 2 weeks ago, so I am thinking about putting that in soon. However, my lebel has a cut down barrel and forend. Also the rear sight is bent, and the tube magazine had parts replaced.

Suggestion maybe next gun in this should be another German gun maybe the Mauser C96?

I was looking into it and I saw no probelm with the sights, the Iron Europe weapon models were not made to aim down the sights so they do look quite crude

Nevermind about my last comment. When using ironsights, it isn't too hard to just look at the crosshair and then look into the sights to get used to it.

I'm not sure if you've caught up with this, but the sights aren't completely sentered with where the shot goes, if i saw it like this: When i shoot a wall with a G98, i hit the wall in hipfire, but when i shoot with sights, it goes a bit to the right, and i'm not even a meter away from that wall.

So, could you take a look into it when you got time?

Oh could you add the Luger Model 1900 or add a Varient of the Gewehr 98 with a Seitengewehr Bayonet to the Gewehr 98? if so that would be amazing!

@ xolectic I know what you mean, I just modify the weapons files to up the damage when I need to such as the ro2 mosin which had 50 damage at default and I increased it to 200 which was the default damage for the bayonet. I would really like making rifle sweps with functioning bayonets.

@ Heinrich Von Sturmalpin probably pre 1916 would be some really nice G98s and Lugers. The G98 I had was originally a sporter but I was able to work on it to bring it back into military configuration and is one of the best shooters I have. I do have a ww2 luger but not a ww1, too bad the atf doesn't allow stocks to be put on ww2 lugers only ww1 ones.

Some of the best bolt-action rifles on the workshop. I wish there was a way to reload the Mauser 98 one at a time but I really, really like this mod anyway. Too bad all the Mosin-Nagants on the workshop are either low damage or single shot.

Well most of my guns from WWI were my Great Grand fathers old weaponry and he wasn't able to get all of the german weapons since he had to leave the German Military in 1916 due to Mortar fire blowing his legs off in the Somme but the rest of the guns from 1916-1918 i had to buy.

@ Heinrich Von Sturmalpin I don't know how long ago you would have got it but I'm guessing the price of both would be about $15,000-$25,000 depending on condition/matching parts. Im sure you are not a liar since I knew an older mg dealer who had a T-Gewehr ($6k-$8k) and several 08/15s (which I know are the more common transferrable machine guns ($8k-$12k) out there and is on my gun wishlist for sure). Also I'd like to ask if the T-Gewehr and Mp18 were warbond guns (like most 08/15s in the US were) or vet bringbacks?

Bealive it or not call me a lier or bealive me but i own both a 1918 T-Gewehr and an Mp-18 and both took me lots of money and about 6 years of hunting them down and i am VERY proud of them.

@ Heinrich Von Sturmalpin I may make an MP18i in the future but I never saw one in person (and not rich enough to own one). I have saw a T-Gewehr before and they look relatively simple to model (a giant single shot mauser). Sachz is a huge fan of Carcano rifles but he spends much more time shooting them than modelling them so I never know when he will get around to that.

@Heinrich Von Sturmalpin, I am actually almost done with the mg08/15 but there will be no mp-18 or T Gewehr because of the fact there are none in the Iron Europe mod. I have been in the process of modelling a Gewehr 98 based on my 1906 Amberg Gewehr 98 that I actually own ( Which I do have sounds for btw) so it will be realistic unlike the Iron Europe one which actually looks more like a Weimar rework Gewehr 98 also called the Gewehr 98M.

Could you add the Mp-18 or the 1918 T-Gewehr or the Mg-08/15!

There are the ''pirate ship wars 2 entities for sandbox'' wich has a musket and 2 pistols (Flintlock action prabobly)

Along with that, it has a couple of cannons. But NPC's can't use 'em.
