With loads of MMD dances being brought into Gmod with the Actmod, would you mind updating your playermodels to allow them to access the dances?

The first 3 images were done by Sculp. A lot of people who pose models in GMod use photoshop afterward. I'm not sure what processes he used to achieve them in his photo editor but they moreso reflect what people who pose ragdolls can do. Images 4 - 9 reflect what it looks like in-game for regular does (plus image 10 taken in faceposer).

Ok, so it turns out I did have an addon that RNGs ragdoll colour, that I completely forgot I had. Thank you.

I'm not able to reproduce the same issue. The playermodel should only use the player color set in the (C)ontext menu. In this case I tried with both cyan and red. NPCs or ragdolls shouldn't have a color set on spawn which means they just spawn as white.

Do you have any addons that might set color?

To clarify my previous comment I was referring to the colour of the eyes and chest light now spawning as a random colour rather then spawning as white like shown in the image above that shows the various face pose options

The model has several different skin groups to add some additional customization with what's white, black, or colorable (such as in this preview picture above):

Try changing the skin groups until you find one you like. If it's for NPCs or ragdolls, try using a STool from the workshop to make things a bit easier. If it's for your own playermodel, you can do this in the (C)ontext menu.

Just started using this addon again after so many years, why are they now spawning in RNG colours and not all white so I can make them the colour I want them to be like I did a long time ago?

As of right now it's moreso in limbo, I keep revisiting it now and then to see if I can figure out something and I'll probably revisit it again soon but as of right now I don't possess a solution to that particular problem which I believe was among the last of it with only minor things like c_arms needing to be finished

The most recent experiments I did were in May, I think progress was made with adjusting the proportions stuff which was much needed but figuring out the complex shoulder pistons is where things ran into a wall. No animations for the pistons exist which leaves source's proceduralbones system but attempting to use it only taught me there was a strange way the animations seem to get blended into eachother so even if I got a single axis movement lined up, whenever I added all 4 rotations, it just all collapsed.

TL;DR trying to learn more about engine features while setting up the shoulder pistons only taught me there was a lot of undocumented info I didn't know, though there's progress pictures on my profile (art + screenshots)

The model is compiled with the animations listed. I compiled a version without it you can use. It'll likely result in a lot of disabled features and possibly issues but should serve its function at the least. You'll need to extract the rar, find the models folder, and merge it with your current models folder (put it in your garrysmod directory). The server will need to point to the following path instead too:

"models/captainbigbutt/vocaloid/miku_carbon_f_anm.mdl"

is there a way for me to make it work with the carbon Miku? Like something i can disable on a script level?

The taunt mod replaces the default animation set, it only works on models without a custom set or that don't replace the default set already

This player model does not work with custom taunts at all. All of my other models do the dances and body movements but this one all out bricks the taunt mod and locks it out completely. Is there a fix?

I accept friend requests if you're wanting to troubleshoot it. There isn't much more I can do at this time, comments don't have the best notifications so troubleshooting via comments can take far longer than it needs to. With that aside, a screenshot couldn't hurt, I'm not sure if you're missing the entire materials or if it's just a reflection issue

How are you using the model? Are you on a server or clientside? Are you hosting the server yourself? If not, does the server have the model added or are you using the model with something like outfitter or PAC3?

If you aren't using your own server, make your own 2 player server to test on (don't use singleplayer for this) and see if sounds work there. Also check the console for either a green or red notice regarding the addon and let me know what it says. It'll look something like this:
