Amazing arms (as weird as it sounds) but how to spply custom textures/cosmetics to the hands? There's a tactical reskin of scouts hand, but how to add it on the arm?

for those that want to download this, it works perfectly. no out of place bones, glitches, or clipping.
i use it often and recommend it if you want a smoother more cartoony look to your game. ^^

it works but then at some point it goes away and changes back to the default cs hands. it doesnt happen in game but after like quitting gmod

i subscribed to this and it was working fine untill the next day i use it on murderer and it dosen't work with any weapon besides the knife i tried messing with it on single player but its still not working i have ever hand skin uninstalled and i had this one installed can anyone tell me whats going on?

Can you help me, i have a creepy skeleton prank on my screen when i play gmod, i dont know what it is, is it a addon, is it a halloween update, or is it a bug, can anyone help me with this problem, its scare the hell out of me, i will tell you what it is, its a skeleton picture with scream sounds and it appears every 2 minutes (or something like that) and its disapear in no time, i just got scared so can anyone help me with this problem, i dont want to play that game untill i know what it is......
