The thumbnail is not made by me, and i don't know where the creator got that exact model from. so no, i can't link you the exact model. Sorry.

The closest model i know who somewhat resembles that one is this(Minus the Round Mag)

Click the Character First. then the Cosmetic. and then press anywhere to attach it. If Easy Bonemerge Tool. Right Click on a ragdoll. and then Left click the cosmetics you wanan equip to him.

This set was hexed with the Coat Before it was added. its just a Quick access. Because the Ushanka was not included in the update
