Hi! Can you make it a Unique Building (removing that park stuff around it)? BTW, that unique building will look absolutely awesome at night! :)

It looks really nice... Looking forward to the full complex.
But it's also unencouraging to me to build it if it carries no effect.
Maybe it could contribute to commerce? or attract tourists? or enhance security?
Just my own opinion.

Could you make a version of this using the grey tarmac?

Ah, that's what I figured. I was hoping other buildings wouldn't really clip into it but it seems that's inevitable if you are expanding geometry beyond the footprint.

Thanks for your process in that piece of it and for adding stats to the description! Hope to see more of your work! :D

I'm already at the prop limit! I'll have flags on the full complex if that ever gets done. The problem with an oversize model is that you can't use the prop system since some areas will be outside of the editable area.

I have geometry larger than the footprint. I tried hexediting to make the footprint larger than the allowed maximums but that unfortunately isn't possible. This means the actual highrise is outside of the footprint and can be clipped into. There is unfortunately no way around this without either shrinking the model entirely or splitting bits off into standalone items.

3 things: 1) Great model! What's the triangle count on this bad boy? 2) You can find some pretty cool flags you could deocrate this from this guy - he made a ton just recently: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/MarkyGBR/myworkshopfiles/?appid=255710 3) How did you make your model larger than the footprint? Did you make some floating geometry that extends beyond the foot print or did you simply just make it that size and "force" the game to place it anyway?

Thanks for sharing this cool asset!
