Will keep you informed on this if the issue returns or I find any other ones - I love this map and I must say in the snow theme it is even better!
But I do want to point out this map is semi broken in snowfall, trains for the most part cant understand the track network and spawn/despan constantly at station. Ne trains seem to enter nor exit the city either.
If you cheat on money and fully grid the map I think you'll find the locations pretty quickly. No idea if it's the map or after dark though.

nah, it was right after I started the map. There were no puddles, no dams, no nothing.
When it happend to the first house, after demolishing it several times, I just built a park in that space. But after I expended the residential zone, two more houses had the same thing.
Not a biggy, just an odd thing.
Screenshots wouldnt help you - imagine a screenshot of a residential area and one house shows "flodding" without seeing any water :) - that is how it looks like. Location wise, it was in the middle of the starting lot, so not even close to water and no visible dent in the terrain that one might say "ground water" is seeping through.
