Having tried this I can confirm that it is as huge as it looks and the scale is big too. You might end up resizing it in-game if you use it. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.

And ofc, if you already got performance issues better stick with the low poly lod model...

my PC is old, i think i'll stick to this model :) would be awesome if this was on the school tab and worked as 4x Universities :D

Hello, Monument tab5 and for stats have a look on the last screenshot... better if you get the model with high poly LOD =)

Heya, looks awesome, but before I download it, could you answer a few questions?
1) under which tab will this building be? monument, schools, etc?
2) what are the stats? i ask because i don't like to download overpowered buildings.
