It's actually Simular to Cry of Fear, its not based off the orginal Street (Not when you come from the Sewers)

Well the athour is swedish guessing by his name and some cities in sweden looks almost exactly like the farcry map accept for a few parts so he probly drew the insperation maybe from a town he has been to often or might even live in. @ http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/profiles/76561198149951812
