I just added this to my San Fernando Valley city, putting it in it's actual location in the Universal Studios Backlot. Check it out!

It should probably have a oxidized copper roof, not a plain white marble one... Marble doesn't make for very good roofs.

@Emre - The in-game editor is more to place trees and park benches onto buildings than actually building buildings. I made this in Cinema 4d and imported it into C:S
