So I’m making a Russian heavy load out but if this gets added I would totally buy this for it

I like the work put into this item. But I don't think it should be added to the game because we would just become an echo cosmetic of the commissar's coat. Soldier already has this issue with a lot of his coat cosmetics that just look the same as another.

I'm 100% wanna buy the strange variant of this if they added to the game

Its nice because it makes heavy look more like his people, Russians, and it looks pretty cool as well

It covers so much of heavies body, valve probably wont add it. They'd probably try to make it into two cosmetics, if they do add it.
