This playermodel was used by a famous Russian youtuber "Kuplinov ► Play" since you'd uploaded this in 2015 and until 2017. I suppose it was a frivolous choice from him but funny thing that this model now associates with a good ol' 41 episodes of fun Garry's Mod map walkthrough in Russian community. That is why you had been getting comments in Russian.
